Don't you realize that it's not the economy that's causing us to lose the war, it's not the bald incompetence of the leaders and commanders... it's YOU!
If YOU wouldn't insist on making sure that people knew the truth, if you would just
let us manipulate information to our heart's content, then we could get every gung-ho American man, woman, and teenager pushing for victory in the Middle East and insure our control of the world's oil market before the big global-economic crash!
But you peacenik, liberal, altruistic bastards take all the access to information that living in this great country has afforded you and use it to push things like 'facts', the 'rule of law', and ideas of 'international cooperation' on the rest of the country!
HOW DARE YOU!!!And now, at the most critical moment in the history of the Human Race, when ONE country could stand up and
TAKE CONTROL OF THE DESTINY OF THE WORLD, you spread the truth like a bullet through the heart of an agenda greater in ambition than that of the Nazis, Greater in scope than ever Alexander could conceive, and even more intricate than Bismark could ever have managed.
This country is doomed because we have no tools to discredit your truth. Your facts are unassailable. Your morality is beyond reproach. Your ethics are unimpeachable. Your forthright stride is undaunted. And therefore... your utmost agenda is inexorable.
And now we will all pay for your blind dedication to studied and factual righteousness with decades of misery and shame. Our country will become the beggar at the world's door waiting for the day when finally the rest of the world adopts the real values of truth, kindness, and righteous brotherhood this country was meant to represent.
But at the very threshold of attainment, you, the very product of this magnificent American experiment, railed against the methods by which we might have brought our dear democratic progeny to the world.
We could have delivered that very thing to the world with our own corrupt and despotic hands...
SO WHAT if America was
meant to represent honesty?
SO WHAT if we had to despoil our own land to achieve greatness?
So what if we needed to bend the rules?
This country could have been the harbinger of an eternal and enlightened Human Race.
But the very machinations which nearly brought this about were anathema to the culture we created....
And by 'we', I mean our forefathers.
We created a culture of equality and curtailed our ability to demonize others.
We created a system of free speech and lost control of information.
We created a system of representation and made it possible for too many chefs to stir the pot.
So it's YOUR fault for being everything America was supposed to be. YOU are responsible for telling the truth on the dawn of a dark new age.
And we will all pay.

"Intolerable dependence on foreign oil threatens our economic independence and the very security of our nation. The energy crisis is real. It is worldwide. It is a clear and present danger to our nation. These are facts and we simply must face them.
I am tonight setting a clear goal for the energy policy of the United States. Beginning this moment, this nation will never use more foreign oil than we did -- never. From now on, every new addition to our demand for energy will be met from our own production and our own conservation. The generation-long growth in our dependence on foreign oil will be stopped dead in its tracks right now and then reversed as we move through the , for I am tonight setting the further goal of cutting our dependence on foreign oil by one-half by the end of the next decade --
To give us energy security, I am asking for the most massive peacetime commitment of funds and resources in our nation's history to develop America's own alternative sources of fuel -- from coal, from oil shale, from plant products for gasohol, from unconventional gas, from the sun.
These efforts will cost money, a lot of money, and that is why Congress must enact windfall profits tax without delay. It will be money well spent. Unlike the billions of dollars that we ship to foreign countries to pay for foreign oil, these funds will be paid by Americans to Americans. These funds will go to fight, not to increase, inflation and unemployment."
