Miers being single doesn't match the image requirement for

"Conservatives" there's not a nice family picture for them with her.

My apologies to anyone offended by my previous post on Miers. My comment about her being single was not meant as an automatic link to her sexuality. I could care less. The point I was trying to make is that she doesn't fit the "Conservative" mold. I don't know if she's gay, or a lesbian, or a spinster, or divorced...hell, beats me.

What I do know, like it or not, in politics image matters. In politics, people look at how things look and family matters...especially to the "Conservatives." Now I don't care about these phony "conservatives" or what they think. I don't respect their values or their views. I am simply stating a fact that the pretty picture factor counts.

I don't mean any disrespect to single women, or lesbian women, or any other women. I just think that, like it or not, there is an image factor in the public arena. You know what I mean?
