Has the BIRD FLU come to North America??? |
|
PLease read this short piece from website devoted to study of viruses. If this is the Bird Flu, which so far has a 55% mortality rate, would the government tell us??? Or would they fear the public would panic. http://www.recombinomics.com/News/10010504/Toronto_Illness_Deaths_4.html

6. Do you think the home residents has contact with infected birds? |
|
If not, how do you explain they were the first to get ill? If you do, how did the birds turn up in Toronto?

I'm not sure what to make of this guy's site. I think he's a bit alarmist, and I say that as a guy who is unabashedly worried about avian flu. Then again, I still read his stuff.

over the winter. That particular site does seem prone to fearmongering, IMO. The bird flu has made it as far as Indonesia and Russia.
