What will the California legislature do now? |
|
Seriously, do you think that Davis and the state house might hurry to enact certain legislation to weaken the governorship and/or other legislation to thwart the right wing agenda that Arnold will try to usher in to California?

4. Oh, boy, a few minutes ago I saw a small paragraph in an |
|
article about Schwarzenegger winning with a quote from Dana Rohrabacher. Rohrabacher said that Arnold might have to go around the state legislature and go directly to the people to get things done.
NOW I CAN'T FIND THE PARAGRAPH ANYWHERE!
Did anyone else see this? It was basically saying that Arnold is going to be a DICTATOR!!!!!!!!!

5. not that hard to do it legally |
|
with the California ballot initiative process, it's not too hard to get legislation passed directly by the voters - the infamous Prop. 13, for example. Not that much harder than getting a recall election approved.

then the Gropinator will incur the wrath of the Legislature and formally impeach the Dicktator and place him under arrest, and finally kick him out of the country.
Besides, the Burton Machine already doesn't like the Gropinator, and you don't want to piss him off. In fact, I was thinking that John Burton should run for Governor after the Arnold Recall (the CA Dem Party is giving him EXACTLY 100 days to achieve what needs to be done (fat chance), and if he fails to achieve, then he will be recalled and in time for the Dem primaries. And this time, Issa will have to fork over $120 million for both recalls)
