the CIA didn't even tell Fitz to look into that law, so I don't know why the hell the media is reporting about this law. there has not been one word on the Espionage Act or any other law that seems more likely in the case.
I'm sick and tired of having talking heads and media whores keep saying "it's difficult to prove, he didn't use her name, burden of proof is nearly impossible" in defense of Rove. The law they were referring appears to have nothing to do with this case.

One thing for sure is that they shared information with people not authorized to receive it in order to sell a lie and discredit the truth while attempting to damage the Wilsons. If they get away with it, our democracy could be over because they can get away with anything including acts against the U.S..
