McCain said this in a stern, obnoxious, finger wagging way to a TV reporter a little while back (months I think), in the course of explaining how the country was going to get right wing Scalia clone justices on the Supreme Court, and LIKE it, DAMMIT.

Funny how certain phrases like this (or "dude" for that matter) can be repeated with different inflections, intonations and have entirely different meanings. I think about this phrase a lot.

I wonder if Republican voters think about it sometimes too.
