3. How do you get permission to reprint a toon on a blog?

I'd like to use one on my blog, but I also don't want to get sewed.

Do the people who post the toons have to get permission first? How does that work?

points"-they WISH they had 'em! I disagree w/the Danziger Barney toon-I think Barney's smarter than that.
