I do not hate George W Bush -- I only want the truth and justice.... |
|
I'm sick of all the lies. It seems everything they say or do is PR or lies to promote or deceive or to to make political mileage from the ill-informed public. I want to see justice for the lies that got us into this war in Iraq. I want to see justice for the lies and deception that exposed a CIA agent. I want to see the truth about the damage being done to our economy by this Administration's huge taxcuts for their friends and the debt that is going to send us all into a tailspin. I want to see the truth now, rather than later, pretending no one knew. Because of their lies and incompetence, people have died needlessly. I want to see justice done. I want the truth. I do not hate anyone.

1. I *hate* this argument over the word "hate"! So, I really, really, |

REALLY, dislike to the maximum degree everything that BushCo. and the nazi gop have done. I dislike them so much that some may call my dislike by another name. But I will use the word dislike to keep others happy.
¡HASTA LA VICTORIA!

* is a pathetic piece of dung -- but I won't bring myself to hate him. I'll be satisfied with an airing of all his deeds and life in prison for the entire Bushco.
Edit to add: To Kralizec, yeah, the term "extreme distain" comes to mind. Of course I could get out the thesaurus and come up with a few hundred more. : )

I don't personally hate Bush either. I think that in some ways, he is a decent man. However, he is so underqualified for this job, and so insecure. Because of this, he is such an easy mark for the neocons, Cheney, Wolfowitz and so many others who have conned him into doing some horrific things.
I want justice too, and I want the public to know the truth. That is all.

5. You mirror my thinking |
|
and I believe he, himself, has no meglomaniac dreams for a dictatorship. The other guys? Dunno about them.
I save hate for personal interactions and I've only felt it a few times...when someone threatened me or mine directly. I imagine if I lived in N.O. I might sing a different tune.
I'm not even pushing hard for "justice." I just want them all to go away now.

11. If he truly has any shred of "goodness" in him, he has utterly failed |
|
Edited on Mon Oct-10-05 10:49 AM by Kralizec
in the duty of any "good" man. There is a quote which I can't remember exactly as I read it, but it goes something like:
When Good Men fail to stop injustices, all is lost.
...or something like that. Any "goodness" that * had has been lost by his failure to follow it... then again, many of the very detrimental issue to this country that he has allowed to happen (Iraq, deficit, and much more) has been made by him because it falls under the realm of just and fair (in his eyes). I just can't bring myself to think he has any decency left. His decency is my disgust.
¡Vive!

6. It's a tough call, for me, about the "hate" issue. |
|
I'm working on my forgiveness, because I truly believe that's what we're here to do - forgive ourselves, forgive the world. And when a jerk like Bush comes along, a mean little man without a shred of curiosity about the world or compassion for others, and then somehow is made PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES, for God's sake, it just pisses me off almost more than I can stand. But I see it as a challenge for me personally; if I can forgive this asshole, I'm advancing along my path.

7. I despise him and everything he stands for and is associated with. |
|
I loathe him for the inept, coward, awol, lieing, frat boy, arrogant imbecilic douchebag war criminal he is. I do this with every fibre of my body and soul. Fuck him and I hope he gets the justice he so well deserves!

I agree with your sentiments exactly, kentuck.
Hate is not constructive and only serves to perpetuate division in this country.
