Aren't Treason and Espionage both punishable by death? |
|
Didn't governor Bush put the most people to death in Texas? Hmm, sounds like he will have a dilemma on his hands if his pals are indicted on these charges!

There is ZERO chance of anyone being indicted for treason, much less being sentenced to capital punishment, on this case. It is no more likely to happen than is the grand jury indicting Condi Rice for shooting George Washington.

The answer is yes during a time of war. However, with this illegitimate group of thugs, I wouldn't expect rules to be followed.

4. Go to war with the military you have? Go to court with the law you have... |
|
I don't especially agree with the death penalty. But, sometimes, I've very conflicted about it.
In this, all I can say is...go to war with the military you have?
You go to court with the law you have.
Sorry shrub, should have thought of it yourself, this eventuality.
Go to court with the law you have.

Rosenburgs were espionage. The 7 Germans executed during WW II were espionage.
Has there been a treason conviction?
I'm going with John Brown after the Harper's Ferry raid.
