Winning Bids from the Mardi Gras Mask Auction & Instructions for payment

The winners of the Mardi Gras Mask Auction have been determined, and now we need to organize payment and shipping. Here is how we want to do this. Everyone, please read the instructions closely and follow them. If you posted a winning bid for any of the items on the list, please follow the instructions below to make payment and organize shipping.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use THIS FORM to send a credit card donation to democratic Underground in the amount of your bid. IMPORTANT! In the space where it says "forum username" please include BOTH your forum username and the name of the item you are paying for.

2. After you have successfully paid, post a reply IN THIS THREAD indicating that you have made payment, and be sure to include in your post the name(s) of the item(s) you paid for.

3. On the next business day, I will check our records to verify that your payment has been received. When I successfully verify your payment, I will post a response to you in this thread indicating that I got it.

4. After your payment has been publicly verified, send a private message to the artist who created the item you bought in order to arrange shipment. The artist should check this thread to verify that payment was recieved. The artist and the winning bidder are responsible for arranging shipment, and should work directly with each other in order to make it happen. Please do not involve the DU administrators in shipment unless there is a problem that cannot be resolved directly between the artist and buyer.
