When does a prosecutor announce indictments? Right after the vote? |
|
I heard the next meeting of the GJ is to be Wednesday. I know this investigation is close to conclusion. If a vote by the GJ is taken on Wed. would Fitz announce the indictments right after that, or do prosecutors wait for a few days?
I'm pretty familiar with the judicial system, but I know very little about GJs.

1. Could they have already voted for indictments? |

3. Gonzales is out of the picture. |

When Fitz was appointed, he was given the powers of an AG, so he doesn't report to anyone.
