Has there ever been a President who is responsible for so many
wholly unnecessary lost and broken lives, so much misery. I believe it could be said that he has touched ever single person's life on this earth in a way thats is not good. No telling the total number of Causalities, no telling how many Iraqi citizens and others helping in their just cause which is to oust our invading and occupying army. We are destroying their homes and businesses, their towns and citys hell, we are destroying everything. All the while building fourteen what can be called permanent military bases, indicates to the Iraqi's that we have no intention of ever leaving. I'm starting to have nightmares again. Up until * came along I had come to grips with war, now its all coming back. I don't like this feeling of hate I have for this shit for brains.

3. Sure, there's been a few... LBJ comes to mind. And Nixon...
In the Vietnam War -- excuse me, police conflict -- we offed as many as several million Vietnamese. We're nowhere near that in Iraq -- yet.

4. True. And a home is a home no matter what it is constructed of
But the Iraqi's seemed to have had all the amenities of us here, if not all, at least most. They had modern cities and what appeared to be a vast highway system. I'm just saying the two cultures were so different, not that one is better than the other, just one more advanced. :toast:

5. I truly believe he has been a success to his base
Today's christian conservatives and the rest of the religiously insane revel in the death and destruction and despair no matter where it is occurring and they can thank bush for the "success." They also are working round the clock to alter the constitution to force their beliefs on the populace and limit constitutional liberties of segments of society they hate.

Death, destruction, despair, hate - all republican values of the 21st century. bush has been a total success in advancing them.

8. My son and I was talking the other afternoon after work.
They had the bomb scare in brooklyn on cnn and just a few days before the one in N Y and he says to me why do they want to keep us scared all the time? This government scare thing just blows him away. He'll be 25 tomorrow so until imposter* appeared he never lived in fear, this is a new thing for him and he said he sure doesn't like it one bit. A fine upcoming Democrat we have here.

If I wasn't witnessing it myself I would never believe the christian conservatives could be so blind, all basically for one issue, a woman's right to choose. This illegal war rest squarely on their shoulders for their support for this criminal pResident.

Lincoln and the civil war - 250,000 US troops dead and half the country
leveled. But in the end that turned out OK. And that stayed in the country. * has made one of the worst war crimes ever. He'll go down in history - along with Hiter and Stalin and those criminals.
