Is there a list of all the incidents of this Congress going against |
|
the will of the public? You know, I thought of this today when reading about them tabling the heating issue until (most likely) the spring. I posted a comment, "whatever the public supports this Congress opposes" and someone else could relate...a lot of us can relate. We know it is happening. I think maybe it's time to keep a record with date and details for future reference. It would be nice to have a list of items handy to prove that this GOP Congress is NOT representing the interests of the American people or this country.
Can we here at DU compile this list?

congresswoman was on C-Span giving the Democrats hell for run away spending..Yes blaming the Democrats....(I think it was Blackburn from Tenn)She said the Democrats want to tax and spend..all because the Democrats do not want to cut programs for the poor and other programs in the best interest of the middle class so that Bush could keep his tax cut for the rich..Bush has yet to veto one spending bill.......No increase in heating assistance this year because the Repubs wont benefit

thing she supports is inimical to by far most of her constituents who still line up to vote for her like pigs line up at the trough before being taken to the slaughterhouse.
