34. No, he's trying to make this prosecution look like a partisan
one. He's trying the case in the court of public opinion. Never mind the facts. This will appeal to his base in which he is viewed as having been set up and maligned.

40. The media seems to be buying into them being the victim, pretty sad.
You hardly hear them mention the charges against them, but instead you hear how confident Delay is and the Ronnie Earle and the judge are Democrats. That mugshot has been made out to be a campaign photo for Delay.

Why can't every crook shop for a judge that will best serve their needs? So what the judge is a Democrat... What does he want a right wing Evangelical Christian judge, that he has given money to?

56. You gotta give it to this slimy rat, he is pulling out all the stops.
People are getting front row seats to how and why Delay has been able to get where he is today. Let's see if this is his last hurrah...

I think the judge issue is not as big as the change of venue. You never know, Delay may end up with a tougher judge after this. The judge, on first impression of course, I am making a sweeping judgement, looked sort of soft.

Anyway, we will see.

Anyone know when the next step will take place?
