REMINDER: the MAJORITY of AMERICANS OPPOSED bush's war on Iraq
Knoxville News Sentinel, January 24, 2003

Bush Hasn't Made Case for War in Iraq
http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0124-04.htm

December 17, 2002

Poll: Bush hasn't made case for Iraq war

More than two-thirds of Americans believe the Bush administration has failed to make its case that a war against Iraq is justified...
http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2002-12-17-iraq-poll_x.htm

Poll: Majority of Americans oppose unilateral action against Iraq

January 13, 2003

A robust majority of Americans - 83 percent - would support going to war if the United Nations backed the action and it was carried out by a multinational coalition. But without U.N. approval and allies, only about a third of the public would support a war with Iraq.

Rep. Ron Paul (R) speaking on the House floor, September 10, 2002;

Is it not also true that we are willing to bomb Iraq now because we know it cannot retaliate- which just confirms that there is no real threat?
http://www.house.gov/paul/congrec/congrec2002/cr091002.htm

NO, Rice, "everyone" most certainly did NOT believe and support this bushit.

2. That's right! The shills were loud but they were not many.
I remember busloads of protesters in Los Angeles and in Santa Monica. Every kind of citizen. "Everyone" must mean everyone in the Oval Office washroom.

5. No I don't, actually.
-It is not possible for the US to invade and occupy Syria or Iran.

-By any attack, ground or air, we would lose every US sailor and every ship in the Gulf; we would lose every US soldier in Iraq, and we would lose a majority of US soldiers on the ground in Iran/Syria.

-If we nuked/bombed either, we would see Mushie overthrown, and Pakistan's nukes in al Qaeda's hands.

-China.

-Yes bush & his Cabal are insane MFers...but they have the "haves and have mores" base who care about living to spend their riches, not dying for bushit.

And if I'm wrong, if bush does attack Iran or Syria, then it'll be a case of Bend Over & Kiss Your Ass Good-bye for us anyways.

11. We'll see.

They are spending a lot of time setting
up an invasion. Bolton is in place.
I think more war is coming.

911 redux is all it will take to turn the
tide of public opinion in favor of more war.
Americans are nothing if not easily led.

12. We shall see, yes. But it is not possible for the US to occupy Syria or
Iran, and if we bomb em, we're gonna get hit in return, and hit hard.

The US majority opposed bush's invasion of Iraq right up until bombs were "shock and awwww" slaughtering men, women & kids. It'll be much harder for bushCabal to lie this time round.

War is coming, yes very likely...because the world is very well aware of the fact they have a rogue state again on the planet.

6. Yep; and try to say they didn't know, AFTER they heard Ron Paul
and Tenet (risk from Iraq = "low") and the CIA (little to no WMD) and the FBI and CIA (no ties to 911, al Qaeda) and the USAF (Iraqi drones = bullshit recon crap) and the DoE (aluminum tubes are for conventional weapons, not nukes) and the IAEA (no nukes period).

MY ASS they "didn't know"...*I* bloody well knew, so damn sure THEY KNEW.

7. Perhaps the most shameful vote in history: I e-mailed my Congressman that
he had probably lost my vote in perpetuity over his vote.

Every single bullshit claim of bushCabal's debunked, with links to sources, from CIA, FBI, ONA, MI5, MI6, Mossad, DoE, IAEA, USAF et al.

Not one reply.

9. protests
I froze my ass off in January 2003 down in DC as part of the biggest colletive anti war protest in the history of civilization. I was close to the stage and got very nice pics of Jese JAckson, Al sharpton, and Ramsey Clarke. Too bad it was a disposable. I was afraid of losing my digital to the subsequent riots. (It was the first protest in my life and I got a draft card during the Viet Nam era in 1972!)

The millions of people doing the same all over the planet were dismissed by Bush as a mere "focus group".

Here's where you reap what you sow, George!

10. Thank you for devotion beyond the call of duty: the deafening silence
is indicative of how pervasive the culture of corruption has become and further indicative of how so many are loyal to the man, rather that the office he holds or to the Constitution which they have sworn to uphold. I'm afraid the rot from within of which Lenin or whoever spoke would do us in is about to do this Republic in.
