Fitzgerald smears begin with Nutmax leading the way
Found this crap on Crooks and Liars then followed the link provided to this piece of Rethuglican BS. Nutmax may be the first but I doubt they're the last that will do everything imaginable to smear Fitz.

Screw them all to hell!!

Patrick Fitzgerald Indicted 60 Republicans

Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald is said to be "non-partisan" and "apolitical" - but as U.S. attorney in Chicago, a job he continues to hold as he heads up the Leakgate probe, the targets of his investigations into political corruption have been overwhelmingly Republican.

The media is fond of noting that Fitzgerald, who rocked the Bush administration on Friday with the indictment of Lewis Libby, has indicted two aides to Chicago Mayor Richard Daley - a Democrat.

But reporters seldom note that Fitzgerald's biggest case prior to Leakgate is his ongoing corruption probe into former Illinois Republican Governor George Ryan, who happens to be on trial right now.

<snip>

For those keeping score on Mr. Fitzgerald's political targets, the count currently stands at 60-plus Republicans vs. 2 Democrats - not counting Mr. Libby.

3. Because Republicans have institutionalized CORRUPTION!!!!
The GOP has become what the PRI was to Mexico. It's a party of crooks and prevaricators. That's why so many Republicans are indicted.

Assholes!

4. Wow, my head hurts from that spin. They would have to be putting
about 35 moderate Dems in the Republican category for that to fly.

6. Does seem to be the crooks in power at the time.
Either Dem. or Rep, get a lot of power and you can find the crooks in that group. It is not the party but that one group has the power.

My reply..........with a pic

He knows where to find the crooks........Ryan and his cronies in Ohio were the most corrupt politicians to come down the pike. They were selling the store including drivers licenses.

8. those 60 thugs- not
first of all, most of those people were low level secretary of state employees- clerks and examiners who were told by their bosses to sell tickets to fundraisers, and to get the money by letting unqualified drivers get licenses. and people died. the 6 willis kids burned to death in front of their parents thanks to one of those drivers.
i do not know how many were thugs, and how many dems. but they were sure not all thugs. this is a blue state, after all. the rest were all members of the ryan administration. thugs have held the governors mansion here for most of my adult life. how that works in a blue state is a good question.
but they should add at least one dem to that list- an schakowsky's husband, bob creamer, an activist and dem consultant was prosecuted for kiting checks to keep his non-profit organization afloat. it hurt no one, but it was, in fact, illegal.
i'm sure there are plenty more, especially if you are dividing up all his cases by how they voted, even if they were janitors.
