link to NAACP v. Katherine Harris suit?

I've just spent about 45 minutes all over the web, including the Greg Palast site, including the NAACP site, including Findlaw, and I can't find the bleeping resolution of the "vote scrub" case. I've found the suit as it was filed, and I've found news stories about the suit being filed, but nothing about the actual resolution (which, as I recall, amounted to Jeb saying, yeah, we did it). Help!
