Did Rumsfeld leak his "long hard slog" memo on purpose?

I agree with Buzzflash. Rumsfeld wanted this stuff out there. What do you think?

This was his way of showing that he is still on it and that he has the ability to think forward and plan. BS but that is what he is doing IMHO.

Its a fake to make it look like they are really concerned over the Iraq mess, that they are losing sleep over it, and have the best interest and safety of all Americans in mind.
