Is Bush afraid to stay in the White House?
My mother thinks that Bush is afraid to stay in the White House because it's an easy target for terrorists. That's why he's always flying around or staying in Crawford, which is in the middle of the country. Is he too much of a coward to actually live in the White House because he's afraid it will be hit by a plane? What do other world leaders think of a man who won't stay in his county's capitol?

3. He was certainly enuff of a coward...
on 9-11 "trying to get out of harm's way" as thousands of Americans were dying...

And this weekend...outa the white house again to Camp David conveniently missing the DC protest...

The term 'chickenhawk' has never been better used than to describe the shrub...

4. I imagine him in Crawford. . .
hiding under his bed, going, "They'll never find me here. They can't fly across a whole country, can they?"

7. He is a big baby but
I have no doubt that the primary reason he flies all over the country is to speak to hand-picked crowds of Bush fans and collect large checks from donors. And he does it on our dime.

8. Recall Sept 11th...
Just how long did the coward stay in the air on the most important day of his presidency? No one had the codes for Air Force One. If it had been me, or most people, I would have been where I was needed, in the thick of it, not skulking at 30,000ft.

10. IMHO he left Florida and was going to hide at his ranch
when Rove stopped him. Barksdale AFB is only a couple hundred air miles from the Ranch.

9. there's a big staff at WH, and they'll know shrub is drinking/drugging
also, there's the blow-back of the 'Lincoln bedroom' garbage that the reTHUGlicans spewed against Clinton...so shrub goes to Camp David, where the staff is much smaller and in fact, can be sent away and just be brought back to clean up after shrub leaves (WH staff is about 850 people)...there was a list published in the WP of all the BIG MONEY donors and corporate lobbyists that shrub has hosted at Camp David....using Camp David to entertain his corporate sponsors allows shrub to claim "I didn't sell out the Lincoln bedroom" during his upcoming campaign...

plus, unlike Clinton, bush*/pickles treat the WH staff very badly....arrogantly, like they think they're royalty or something...so there's the problem of having your own staff hate you because you are a nasty bully both on the world stage and in the People's House....IMO, if anything, bush* is afraid that his own actions and words will blow-back on him....

11. Isn't there a bunker or something in the WH? Let him go there.
and piddle his pants like the coward that he is.

Then again, I guess I've seen too many "West Wing" episodes.

"President Bartlet" (Martin Sheen): "I am not going to the bunker."

:kick:
