HBO's 'Born Rich'...Why do these people deserve a tax cut Mr. Bush?

I just finished watching 'Born Rich' on HBO. This is a documentary profiling about ten of America's richest twentysomethings. A few of these kids came across as human beings, while some of the others
were despicable. These are the people that will one day create many jobs, per Bushco, as to make everything right with the world?

1. Estate tax was enacted in 1916

Supported by Wilson and TR before him. It is not some New Deal idea. TR, a patrician by birth, understood that you cannot have democracy in a country where a few powerful families can pass on enormus sums of wealth to their posterity.
