Soo,attacks on the Red Cross and police stations are a sign of progress
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A23470-2003Oct27.html

"The president, speaking after attacks on police stations and a Red Cross facility in Iraq killed at least 35 people, said such attacks should be seen as a sign of progress because they show the desperation of those who oppose the U.S.-led occupation.

"The more successful we are on the ground, the more these killers will react," Bush said as he sat in the Oval Office with L. Paul Bremer, the U.S. administrator in Iraq. He added: "The more progress we make on the ground, the more free the Iraqis become, the more electricity is available, the more jobs are available, the more kids that are going to school, the more desperate these killers become, because they can't stand the thought of a free society." "

So the more the attacks on troops and citizens are a "good thing"?
Yeah georgie we're really making progress!
I cant beleive that this F***ing moron is actually saying this shit!

It's just all too much to trivilaize the loss of troops and innocent civilians week in and week out for their goddamned happy talking good news.

4. How much longer can they spin this bullshit
before everyone else stops believing it? We always knew we were being lied to --- what degree of bullshit is going to be necessary before the average Bush supporter finally caves and realizes that he/she has been hoodwinked?

This explanation is so lame the average grade schooler wouldn't believe it. THE SITUATION THERE IS GETTING WORSE. This is not indicative of "progress". This is indicative of a complete lack of either a comprehensive plan or even the slightest willingness to drop the hubris and admit to having fucked up.

I know I'm preaching to the choir, but I'm just amazed. Every time I think, "Oh! Well that's got to be it. There's no way people will swallow this load of horseshit.", they go ahead and do it, only to make some statment the next week that makes me even more incredulous.

There is going to be a a bloody crack in my wall from where I keep beating my head against it.

6. Please be right
Logic is on your side. I completely believe that what you are saying is completely in line with the forces of science, mathematics, and truth in all its forms. But Jesus CHRIST I am getting sick of being told it's a victory every time our administration makes a decision that's going to take most of my lifetime to dig ourselves out from under.

7. Sad thing is that most of the media wont air/print stories such as this.
There is no objective journalism anymore. Its all bought and sold and controlled by the reich.

All that we need is ONE network/media outlet to go renegade and actually TELL THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON, and this whole regime will collapse.

We only need ONE!

9. "Bush Could Rape Their Mother And Burn Down Their House"
They would actually not attribute it to God but to Clinton.
