rejecting in committee the stipulation that 10 billion dollars of the aid package to Iraq would be in loan form.
If the Democrats have half of a brain and can stay on message, we could potentially take back the house and senate on just this issue.
I have no data to prove out this hunch, but I recall the 87 billion dollar aid package being a HUGE issue with the electorate based on the research that Carville's group conducted.

Actually, they've given the Dems lots of ammo over the years, none of which the dems have used.

Because this money is going to be laundered back directly to Bush corporate interests. If it was a loan, they'd have to pay it back.
Fleecing of the American taxpayer like I've never, ever seen.....
