a very spicy homemade salsa...best place for it: coner of 24th street & Florida street in San Francisco.

3. My own version of Thai shrimp...

... stuffed with ground pork and hot seasonings of all sorts, wrapped in bacon and grilled. Yum. Stays with you for days.

With melted cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, chives and a little Mrs Dash.

I have that every Tuesday for dinner. Yum!

Look at it this way: you can do so many things with it. There's a lot of different flavors it can have. Many different ways to make it. Many different kinds of crust. All those different topings. Pizza is some of the best designed food in the world. :)
