1. That's a tricky question...
I don't think that any agency -- govt or otherwise -- should tell people whether or how many kids they should have. But I also think that responsible couples should realize that there IS a problem with overpopulation and take it on themselves not to aggravate things further.

3. I agree
I hope no one makes any laws limiting the amount of kids couples can have. I would move out of this country if laws like that were being made.

But at the same time, a social movement should come about that encourages people to limit the amount of kids they have to 2.

2. Over poulation is only a problem
in a few countries which open borders may solve. In the West, the bigger problem may actually be depopulation. Any forceful government intervention opens up the bigger danger of eugenics.

4. "Overpopulation" is a myth...
...designed to ease the way for repression and austerity. It lets the rulers off the hook for their mismanagement of resources.

5. People should have as many children as they have the resources
to raise responsibly.

On the other hand, the government doesn't have the right to legislate reproduction.
