14. I used to do a lot of costuming for plays and I bought a lot of stuff from
Goodwill to be used as costumes. Believe me, one can dress much better than that shopping at Goodwill and other thrift shops if that is all one can afford.

(I once bought a designer original silk suit for my stepdaughter for eight dollars plus the cost of dry cleaning it. It may have been worn once before it was donated. It was just to good a deal to pass up.)
