I cleaned my apartment tonight. Ask me anything.

I have found that my physical space reflects my psychological space and vice versa. I've been mentally scattered lately and I let my apartment get into "a state" as my momma would call it. I'm hoping cleaning up my home will help clean up my brain. :)

I hate cleaning but I'm awfully glad it's done. :)

I live alone. Can't really afford a house. I don't need a whole lot of space. And I don't feel like having all the upkeep on a house.

13. The hard part now is keeping it tidy.

I always let things get really untidy, then I do a big clean up and promise myself I will keep it that way. A few days later I am back where I started with a big mess.

I find that living in extremes has its rewards. I get this terrific feeling for the first couple of days after a mega clean-up. My home looks so nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, after a few days I go back to thinking about all the things I need to fix.
