There are so many different, yummy flavors at our local health food store. I eat it plain, in stir fry, on salads, with pasta, etc.

Tofu can be good. I just ate some barbeque soy chips that were pretty lame.

From what I recall, anyway, on comparing ingredients and nutritionals. Seems like it has the 'bad' parts of chocolate and none of the good parts, though I have had carob cookies before that must have used some mutant form of carob (i.e., a form that actuaslly has flavor).

but then it's not 'health food' if you're drinking chocolate soy milk. I've tried the silk brand, and I find it disgusting. Everyone's tastes are different.

25. Soy milk's fine in protein drinks and the like |
|
and even with cereal, once you get used to it. Some rice milk's okay, too.
But Silk brand chocolate soy milk is excellent all by itself. Their soy nog is great, too. Yum.
