Just canned up 25 lbs of the beauties. Am trying to keep my fiance out of them... They are meant for the winter... but I have a feeling that they won't make it. Half bourbon peaches and half peach compote.

I think I need to can up about 25 more lbs of them.... we won't make it to the winter time... We will be eating them up soon.
