12. I keep thinking that I am in a nightmare

I can't stop crying :cry: and I have an appointment at the crisis center at my College because I don't want to live any longer but I am not suicidal.

If Chucky starts tonight I would probably cry while watching the movie.

I find if I just go with the sob, it's 30 minutes instead of three hours choking back tears.

I was so sorry to read of the young man who killed himself yesterday at Ground Zero over the election -- we need to reach out to people who are grieving if we can.
