5. Speaking of Dish Network... |
|
I noticed that about a week or 5 days before the election, I started getting FAUX news channel even though I have been subscribing to Dish for about 4 months prior to that... is it just me? or did that happen to you too?

6. I considered the Murdoch angle.... |
|
but for one thing, I have never been a boycott-type person (sorry, just the way I am), and secondly it is the only one that has the NFL package. That was the main reason I got it.

10. What were you using before, rabbit ears? |
|
As a long time DTV guy, you will soon realize that for the most part there is still nothing good to watch most of the time.

13. No, I was told by the installer that |
|
I needed two cable outlets for it to work, which I don't have nor did I want to pay to have installed.
I would like to have it, since my new job is varying hours, to incude shift work, and it would be nice to record the shows I would miss.

17. Murdoch was a billionaire media mogul before I got Direct TV |
|
And would be a billionaire media mogul whether he got my $70 a month or not.
And wherever my money went, do you really think it would go to someone who DOESN'T drink the MSM kool-aid?

18. We all have to make our own judgement on these things. But Murdoch |
|
is not just someone who drinks the MSM kool-aid... he's in a class of his own. Arguably no single man has caused more harmful disinformation to be disseminated to more worldwide-- through his papers, Faux news, and his Direct TV programming decisions...
I can't be totally "pure" and probably none of us can in terms of how and where we spend our money-- but Murdoch is a monster. As Eric Clapton so heartily agreed when asked: Which living person do you most despise? "Rupert Murdoch."
again, sorry to rain on your parade.
