Australian Teenagers Are Really Screwed Up!!!
Seriously.....me and the g/f are walking through town on Friday night, about 8pm.

There are 3 or 4 teenage boys sitting in a car which is parked on a disused, empty block next to the high street, just over the sidewalk and about 2 yards from people past them.

They're all wearing sunglasses, they've got the windows down and "Roxanne" by The Police playing at full volume from the stereo and they're all singing along in stupid voices, whilst at the same time smirking like they're the COOLEST thing since Elvis.......

These bizarre attempts to attract a mate really do baffle me!

:-)

1. Hey, I like that song
especially the Moulin Rouge version.

But then again, I'm pushing 50.

2. I like that song too..........
and I'm only 28!

I'm not questioning their taste in music, just the rather bizarre way in which they publicly demonstrate it.

I see (and hear) kids driving around with rock, rap, nu metal etc. blasting out of their cars the whole time......never heard Sting before!

7. After peace protests,
I used to drive around blasting Handel's Hallelujah Chorus with all the windows rolled down in heavy downtown traffic.

It ruled.

(I am seventeen.)
