now i'm trying to add a signature to my profile
its not showing up and do you haved to have some kind of trick to put pics in them?

1. For photos

...you have to have a link. Go to the link, copy it from your browser and paste it in the message.

I don't know about sigs, we might be having heavy traffic which would mean they aren't showing up.

2. Signatures are temporarily turned off right now

Traffic on DU apparently has nudged us up to Level 1 to keep the place running okay.

4. how do you get your own photos linked ?

Mine are just out in the jpeg files, fresh from scanning .
I can browse them into emails, but haven't figured out how to get them in here..

mostly this is for sharing my kitty photos in the kitty topics

5. you need to upload them somewhere

like photodump.com (free) and then right click the pic, go to properties, copy the URL, and paste it in your post.

right click on the pic,and copy the URL and paste into post on DU
