BEING AN EXTREMIST, HE DICTATORIALLY ASSUMES THAT HIS NARROW-MINDED, KRUGMANIMROD-BELIEVING PARANOIA IS THE ONLY TRUTH, AND THAT WHAT KRUGMANIMROD WRITES ABOUT IS 100% UNOPPOSED.

On edit: the best part is the intelligent reviewers citing the ad hominem attacks of the idiots who haven't (or unable) to read the book. They even FREEP book Reviews! Check out Conason's.

d. generally poorly educated and willing to display this as fact?

3. Hey waitaminute

You can get that kind of review removed. I have friends who've been attacked by reviewers (not honest negative reviews, but personal attacks). I'll go report it.
