I know this isn't political in nature, but I think it's worth discussing how good they are anyway.

1. Okay, you sold me...
I'll try them as soon as can get out of this house. Thanks for the food review, cause I do like chicken strips.

7. I hate McDonald's on so many levels and in so many ways, but I am
glad that you are happy. Life's pleasures are too few not to take them where we can find them, even if it is at McD's.

11. Reminds me of a recent Warren Zevon quotation
Being at death's door has taught Zevon "to value every moment, and do so with typically dark humor and aplomb. When David Letterman recently devoted an entire show to the singer/songwriter, Zevon noted how facing his own mortality showed him "how much you're supposed to enjoy every sandwich."

Exactly.

BTW, I could give a shit about McDonalds either way. It is a fast food joint, not the fucking UN. I laugh at the anti-McDonalds crowd. Don't eat there if you don't like it. If you like it, chow down.

9. I second that
Reading "Fast Food Nation" has forever changed the way I look at fast food and I rarely eat it anymore.

15. Okay you guys
I just read the opening of "Fast Food Nation" and am so stuffed full of fake chemical flavors I could puke. Here's a link. Bon apetite.

13. What do they taste like? Do they have different dipping sauces?
I use to like the cranberry orange & terriyaki sauce.

The only thing that I order at McD's is their Coffee, Coke's and sausage biscuits with maple syrup on them. I use to love their fish sandwich but they precook it now in the Chicago area and it tastes like shit.

I would be willing to try the chicken tenders.

Tell us what they taste like.

16. Read "Fast Food Nation"
I'll still grab fast food when I must, but this book makes it a lot easier to avoid.
