Please critique this bumper sticker idea...

Should it say "Elect Democrats in 2006"?
or
"Throw the GOP out in 2006"?
or what?

Thanks in advance for the input.

1. Personally, I'd leave it as is.
Nice looking bumper sticker, Richardo.

I'd leave it alone. :-)

6. I also like it as-is.
Short and to the point. No sense in adding more words to say the same thing. Plus, it's reinforcing a positive rather than a negative, i.e. "elect" rather than "throw out".

9. Nit-pick
I'd conform to standard capitalization, i.e.,

"Want Social Security?
Elect Democrats."

Just because there might be an uptight mofo on the fence who'll get tipped to the dark side because the lack of capitalization represents anarchy to him. Of course, who needs such mofos anyway.

By the way, it bugs me a little, but I'm still planning to vote for Democrats.

10. well the 'got milk' campaign was all lower case.
And the capital 'D' does look a little wonky, but I did not want a lower case 'd' since that's not the party.

A conundrum, no?

12. I like it the way it is, personally.
I'd rather see the positive "elect Democrats," rather than the negative "throw out the Republicans."

14. It's perfect! It's positive - it's "do" something, instead of "don't do"
or "elect" versus "throw out".

Pithy and perfect.

17. I'm going to go to cafexpress.com and see how you do it.
Apparently they print on demand and you pay as you go. there's little or no up front outlay. I think.

"got social security?"
"thank a Democrat"

Or something like that. It's probably already been done. I like your idea Richardo!
