I know there are a few metal heads here - don't know if they're daytime DUers, tho, but anyway...
Rumor has it that Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Rob Zombie, and Mudvayne are on board.
Throw in a Godsmack or even a Velvet Revolver and
If true, this will be my first time seeing Maiden. Cannot wait...

I like them. I like Rob Zombie too. I would consider going.

4. It'll be cool to see Rob Zombie again |
|
I saw him back in '95 when White Zombie was still together, which was an awesome show. I heard he is going to be headlining the side-stage...but again, it's just an early rumor.
Anyway, it does sound like a very cool line-up. I don't generally like those huge outdoor festival concerts, as I hate the heat, and I'd just rather see my favorite bands in more intimate settings where they can play a full set. Buuut...my husband is a certifiable metalhead, and passing up a chance to see Maiden, Sabbath, and Anthrax all in one day would probably be unthinkable. So it's pretty much a given that we're going. :-)
