I just made a bowl of refried beans etc and rather than using one of the 11 fresh garlics I have sitting on my counter, I used a spoonful of the Costco minced garlic in oil. The fresh would've tasted better to the garlic elite, but the jared is fine with me. If I'd used the fresh, I'd had to find the garlic press, exert energy sqeezing it and then clean it, wash it and put it away. With the jar it was simple, open, scoop, close.
So why do I feel guilty? Do you have cooking guilts too or am I just a mass of guilt?
