5. Not anymore, thanks to me... I tied it.
I like them better as Joy Division, just because I'm more into raw lo-fi punk than synthesizer new-wave.

But a friend of mine argues that if Ian Curtis had lived and the band had remained together as Joy Division, they still would have evolved into the type of music that New Order did play. I can see his point -- New Order's early stuff pretty much picked up where Joy Division left off.

6. Yeah, but Ian Curtis wouldn't have recorded a song about the World Cup.
That was the last straw.

Honestly... if the dead ever do come to life a la Dawn of the Dead, the first altercation will be Ian Curtis killing Bernard Sumner.
