'Polite' drivers who back up traffic

In this case when a car has stopped near the curb (with or without hazard lights blinking), or is parallel parking or leaving a curb space. Invariably, another car will come along and patiently wait behind it for as long as the first car cares to fumble about doing whatever, the second car making zero effort to simply go around no matter how clear the traffic is. And while all this is happening a line of cars with no room to go backs up behind. Typically the second driver will be female, she'll have her hands at the eleven and one o'clock positions of the wheel, and she'll have a broad silly grin on her face undoubtedly consumed by how polite and considerate she sees herself while completely oblivious to the minor traffic mess she's creating behind her.

Oh, and happy International Women's Day (or whatever it's called).

but not as much as those who block the mainline of trafic to let a side street out, risking a chain-action rear-ender as people who are supposed to be going now have to stop...
