Anyone Want To Read About My Hillary Dream? |
|
First of all, I'm not a big fan of hers. I am not supporting her in the primaries if she runs in 2008, and I may not support her in the general election. So, don't read too much into this dream. Here goes:
I'm sitting right outside the U.S. Capitol building on East Capitol street. I'm familiar with the area because I grew up there, and I use to catch my bus there a lot when I was a kid. It's election night November 2004, and Bush has been declared the winner. I'm sad and depressed.
Suddenly, a plane comes out of the sky and lands right in front of me. A bunch of people scurry out, and then out walks Hillary Clinton! She starts walking down East Capitol street right past me. She sees me all sad and depressed. She then gives me a thumbs up and a smile and keeps on walking. I give her a thumbs up in return.
The dream ends.
Can someone here diagnose that dream for me?

1. Well, like those who say they don't believe in God, |
|
and the response is, "Well, He believes in you," I have to respond--
You wrote: "First of all, I'm not a big fan of hers. I am not supporting her in the primaries if she runs in 2008, and I may not support her in the general election."
Apparently, she supports you. She gave you the thumbs up. As one who knows Hillary, I must tell you that you could do a LOT worse than to have her on your side. Before you jump to conclusions and state that you don't care for her, give her a chance.

2. I Live in NY and She Doesn't Support Me |
|
neither does Schumer. NYers were against this war in Iraq, and our representation in the Senate didn't vote the way NYers would have preferred. I'm not saying that I wouldn't vote for her at all. If she runs against Pataki, Guiliani, or Bloomberg in 2006, then I'd support her.
But, she's not going to get my support in Dem primaries because of her Iraq vote and other votes that do not reflect the people that she represents.

3. I'll try to diagnose your dream. |
|
When Hillary gives you the thumps up, it means that your subconscious is telling to be hopeful and optimistic no matter how bad the present political situation is. Why Hillary? Because Hillary has been anointed the front runner by the main stream media for the Dem nomination in '08 even if you don't think that you are going to support her in '08. Or at least that's my interpretation of your dream.

6. My favorite Hillary dream... |
|
She's elected President of the United States, millions of freepers commit suicide en masse, and she lines up Limbaugh/O'Reilly/Savage/Hannity/Coulter et al on nationwide TV and sticks it to them with a foot-long strap-on...
