Photoshoppers: Can you create for me a silhouette from one of these?

What I'm looking for is a head shot (w/ maybe a little bit of shoulder), a silhouette in black. My intent is to create a bumper sticker w/ this image on the left and on the right something like "ear-tipped cats can't reproduce."
