Kind of like rush week in college.

Form and name your cliques.
Put out some info about how YOUR clique is the most bestest one.
Hold teas and beer busts.
Take in pledges.
Come up with elaborate initiation rituals for your clique.

I'm starting the pilot's clique.
Only certified (or certifiable) pilots need apply.
Our aim is mainly to make fun of passengers and all non-pilots in general.
