I went to buy my cellphone today, and went to the Tmobile website. I had a phone i loved, a good plan, etc etc, and went to check out. And it refused to go through. It actually said "This cannot be completed online, please go to your nearest Tmobile store." So, I tried calling them. The girl was very nice, and tried to put my order through, but still nothing. Finally, I went to the website again, and emailed them asking what was stopping my order, so i could try to fix it. In essence, they replied with "tough shit, go to the store."
 I don't WANT to go to the store; it's 10 miles away, and I have no car. I'm trying to pay you monthly sums of money . maybe you could try HELPING me.
So, all i can do is try to find someone with a car and free time. I would go to a different company, but none of them have NEAR as good deals as T-Mobile. Goddamnit.

1. Wow, that's surprising! I've had nothing but good luck with them. |
|
They even nixed the charges that were put on when my phone was stolen. Besides, they're the only "blue" cell phone company out there right now.

and my one friend who has it has had nothing but good experience. so, i'm gonna keep trying, but it was infuriarating when i was TRYING to give them money, and the tech support people wouldnt help me troubleshoot.
well, i'll try to get the store, but i don't know if i'll get the same deal there as online.
i suspect there was some issue with my license, because my check card is fine, and i HAVE no credit card, thus no bad credit. I won't give up, because i looked at cingular, sprint, and nextel and they all sucked. their free phones were pitiful, and all the contracts were 2 years.

3. All the rebates and everything are exactly the same online. |

I also suspect that those tech support people are outsourcebots.

5. Yes. Actually, they had more phones online than at the store. |
|
The only difference between the store and the site is that the store may run out of the phone you want (get a Samsung, trust me) and you get to talk to a human face-to-face.
