just for the record
My phone is dead... this is the 2nd time in 2 months.
The first time around, they replaced it. This time around, they're not going to.
I'm eligible for an upgrade, but to upgrade I have to sign up for another 2 years.
I would have done this, but w/ a new person in my home (my unofficially adopted son) and no land line, I want to add a line to the service.
They won't let me do that. They said it's a "credit issue".
I'm on e-bay bidding for a second-hand phone to hold me over until August.
