Is anyone else sick of winter yet? |
|
We have had so many days lately where it just kind of flurried all day long. Yesterday, FINALLY, it wasn't too bad out. It was sunny and in the upper 40's. My kids played outside after school, I noticed the tulips starting to come up in my front yard, and I saw that the robins had returned from wherever they go during the winter. Now today, it's snowing like mad again. No sun. Temp is 32. It is so depressing. I am so ready for spring. Will it ever get here?????

I keep seeing things I like and don't have the heart to get anything yet because it's still so chilly and gross outside. I want sunshine dammit!

4. Each year it seems to get longer |

And I don't think it's because of climate changes, it's because as I get older I get less tolerant..lol. I am ready to pack up and move south. I was sick of winter in October already.

6. Nope, I'm never sick of winter. |
|
I love cold weather. But of course, I live in Atlanta where our winters are never really harsh and we get very little snow.

7. My office window is open |

I am looking out into a garden bathed in sun-light, listening to the birds singing.
I was very fed up with winter, but today I'm delighted with spring.
