Also, Green Day, Rancid, Marky Ramone & The Intruders, Hole, Nirvana, or if you prefer metal or hardcore, I know some indie musicians you would love in that case. PM me and I'll try to hook you up with some killer metal musicians if you like those better.

I adore them utterly. Have you ever seen them live? Their set is pretty much pure unadulterated joy. Doesn't get much better than that. :7

they're not really a cult. just a band. just 'cause they wear choir robes... they get that a lot. :) I know a few of 'em... they're pretty normal. that is, as normal as musicians get. :7

10. The Best of the Best of Waylon Jennings. Sorry, it's country, but you
shouldn't limit yourself. This album is awesome. He was a very talented songwriter and excellent human being. Check out 'Six White Horses'...it's the best anti war song ever performed.
