Can someone answer me a computer how-to question? |
|
It's the simplest thing in the world but I don't know how to do it. How would I post a gif in a thread?? I have some a gif file saved in my local drive... so how would I browse and download it? I know it's doable because I see others doing it.
Thanks!

4. Just for everyone's information |
|
You can't post a pic that is just on your own personal hard drive.

6. Well, that's not the only way |
|
You just have to have your pic on a website to which you can link. It doesn't have to be photobucket. You could create your own website, or use someone else's website. It doesn't have to be photobucket.
It just can't be your own, personal hard drive. Unless your own personal hard drive is a web server, that is.

7. Some hosts won't let you link to an image on their site. |
|
If you do, instead of an image you'll just get a rude message or a red "X". Angelfire is one, there are others.
