As extra punishment, here is a true Loverboy memory: I was 14 when "Get Lucky" came out, and it took me 2 weeks to buy it because I was embarrassed to buy an album with a big picture of a butt on it!

Their first album was actually more new-wavy than rock, and I really loved it. I started to loss interest as they became more heavy metal-lite.

I still love "Turn Me Loose", though.

It's humiliating but wtf. I was actually hit on by the bass player from Loverboy when I was backstage at one of their shows. I was there to meet the opening act though so it's not as bad as it sounds. ;-) It would have been really bad if I took him up on it and had to live with the knowledge that I, well never mind, it's too horrible to think about.

I turn that one up every time it comes on! Seriously, I like several of Loverboy's singles.

The only odd thing w/ "Lovin' Every Minute of It" is I always thought it was the greatest Def Leppard song never recorded by Def Leppard. It just always reminded me so much of "Pour Some Sugar on Me"! I don't know if anyone else sees where I'm coming from on that one, though...
