5. I've been alright, I hope you've been well
You're quite right... I'm thinking too much of adult activities.

I'm open to any kind of suggestion.

A Smithsonian museum visit, or whatever

Just someplace I don't have to be 21 to enter will be fine. I haven't lived here long enough to know any good places to eat, unless you wanna try something new.

Whoops, typo.

12. Can people over age 50 attend?
If so, I might be convinced. :)

It would have to be late April at the earliest, however.

P.S. Does it have to be D.C.? Those of us that live in western NoVA have a hell of a time with all the traffic - even getting to Metro is at times an all day event!

About an hour west of Fairfax.

14. Let's do a Congressional tour of the Capitol!
We could do it through a Republican Congressman and bombard his staffers with questions about the Rep's policies and voting record. It will be good for a larf!}( My new Rep is some guy named Wolf, I don't know anything about him, but he is a Repuke.

27. Well, there's me, Liz, and Youngred that I know of,
Edited on Tue Mar-22-05 11:50 AM by kitkatrose
and there's another poster that lives in closeby in MD, but I can't remember her name. I don't really know the city that well either, but downtown, there's plenty of places to eat. If we can find the pizza place where we ate after the March for Women's Lives last year, I'd kinda like to revisit. They had good lemon bars. :)

Plus, since it's warming up, we can eat outside and not disturb the other people. :)

This past September actually I spent a day with those two and Lizz's friend. Actually Lizz goes to school in Maryland not DC, not sure what part exactly, I think near the bay but those two are among my best friends on and off the boards, being I have hanged out with them 7 and 4 times.
