Does anyone else end up eating all the Easter eggs in their house?
My kids love to decorate and find them, but have zero interest in consuming the things. Consequently I end up eating a lot of eggs after Easter.

I need more hard-boiled egg recipes!

Is it just me?

2. Oh yes...I eat lots of those.
And lots of deviled eggs.

This can't be good for me... I wonder what other uses hard-boiled eggs might be good for.

4. They go well in a Potato-Mushroom casserole
It's a heavy, hearty, vegetarian dish involving the two items above, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and cheese sauce spiced with Worcestershire sauce.

Edited on Tue Mar-22-05 03:58 PM by LoZoccolo
For six eggs, mash the yolks with:

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons yellow mustard (I like it real mustardy)
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
real bacon bits, maybe like 1/4 cup

9. Scotch Eggs
Encase a peeled hard boiled egg in sausage and bake until meat is done. Quick and easy to grab for breakfast.

My favorite thing to add to deviled eggs is a smidge of caviar on top! Now that's gooood.

15. Only if they're made of chocolate and peanut butter.
The hard-boiled variety go well in tater salad, deviled eggs, salads,
but you've got those recipes I'm sure.

18. LOL!
If I try to get creative while cooking some foods I draw a blank unless I look through a lot of cookbooks or recipe sites.
Yeah, those eggs get old real fast.
